Will Covid effect the amount of Christmas music you listen to this year?

Won’t affect the number of times I think of motorboating Mariah’s tiggo bitties when All I Want for Christmas is on.

Been listening to 93.9 a little while at work; heard Sinatra's and Martin's versions of "Let it Snow"

I like Sinatra's voice more, but Martin's version is more Christmas-like and it sounds like he has a twinkle in his voice while singing it.

This is pretty early, but regardless the warm weather makes me not think of Christmas yet. Another week or ten days when the temps are a little more seasonal that I imagine we'll have some Christmas music on in the house.

I've heard some already...chuckled...and then decided "Alright, I'm ready, have at it."

I used to work with this lady that would start playing Christmas music like 3 days after Labor Day. Constantly. For all of September, October, November, December, and January. Audibly and annoyingly loud. People complain, nothing was done. I hit my limit one day around Halloween the last year I sat next to her. Nothing intense. Just Siamese Dream. I got an email halfway through from our supervisor asking me to turn it down because it was ruining Lisa’s enjoyment of the holidays. Walked into her office, shut the door, and let loose. I’m not so PC terms, the phrase “I’d like to shove both that festive mistletoe and her book box up her ass, and if the constant Christmas shit didn’t stop, I was going to smash the fuck out of her stereo”. Mind you, this was the 3rd year of it. Magically, the headphone policy was rescinded the next morning.

It’s been 12 years, and I still get pissed if I hear Christmas music before roughly December 20th.

I do not care for Christmas music. So it will not effect the amount I listen to at all.

I turned on 93.9 yesterday for a while to escape my shitty mood. It helped!
