This is really driving me crazy. Check out the melody that he sings beginning at :25. It's very, very familiar but I can't come up with what other song it is in. Come on Curious Hair or Bagels or Furious or TM or somebody. Help me out here.

I don't really know who this guy is, so I don't know if you meant it sounds similar to another one of his songs or just in general.
It's a fairly common melody, but it kind of reminded me of Pop Goes the World by Men Without Hats. Sorry I couldn't be less helpful. :o

Sounds like the chorus of Julia Child...

No, that melody he sings there is almost identical to another song, I think probably a hit song. If I keep listening I may come up with it.

I know what you mean especially at the beginning of the melody, and it's driving me crazy now too.

I can see that as far as the beat and style of the song, but I'm talking specifically about that four line melody. I was running it through my head on my bike ride this morning and I feel like I came close to figuring out what it was but I couldn't quite get there. It's still nagging at me.

Isn't there an app on your phone for this, or Siri or something?

I like the version by Noel Redding better.

It was the song stuck in my head this morning, I took a shot with it. I'm no help.

what came to me was robbie williams' "millennium" which already borrows from john barry's "you only live twice".
