In that rock doc Echoes of the Canyon , Graham Nash is interviewed talking about all the women that were around that scene and he was like “hell yes I wanted to meet Michelle Phillips, I saw those album covers I know what she looked like“ as a testament to how hot she was.

I saw remnants of the Mamas and the Papas at the World Music theater back in the 90s. They were part of one of those nostalgia tours along with Herman’s Hermits, Gary Puckett, & The Grass Roots amongst others. What I remember most was that Mackenzie Phillips was part of the band (as was Spanky from Spanky and Our Gang band). Mackenzie absolutely could not sing.

It's really not. My husband has improved with time, I have not but too bad for him.
