Aside from the obligatory Jimi Hendrix at number 1, this looks to be mostly random as far as the ranked order. Lot of questionable entries. Lot of greats unmentioned. No Terry Kath? No Jeff Healey?

Just for the history, you have to have Les Paul somewhere on the list. On the flip side, no way is Cobain top 100.

Terry Kath and Martin Barre belong.

Slash is on there at 105. Morello probably belongs, but is way too high.

I think the idea of ranking guitarists is kind of absurd. Comparing Elizabeth Cotten to Jeff Beck is like comparing a skateboard to a nuclear submarine. They're both cool ways to travel, but I don't know how you say one is better than the other.
