I thought that this one was not the best of the parody songs from the contest, I preferred "Carmina Booey."

I will give them credit for not having the song be just a one trick joke, which I guess Carmina Booey and any song that just repeats bababooey is.

That is why this one was my favorite. The author came up with a ton of lyrics about Ma-Ma-Monkey that weren't just about his big lips and teeth.

I agree with your point, that's why the song won, but it didn't make me laugh out loud like Carmina Booey did. This one was way more original.

i don't know if it was part of the contest, but "monkey, monkey" (mammas and poppas parody) was one that had me rolling.
