Interesting. You can get Grandmaster Flash for $5k? Let's get a pot together and have some entertainment at the CSFMB Golf Outing. 8)

Ha! No doubt. Count me in.

That said, Tool is not on this list. Weezer is $150K, so I'm thinking that my booking Tool is unlikely.

I love the ones that say 'Available' - Huey Lewis hasn't had a tour in 15 years, of course he's available.

Not true. Ma and Pa Stink saw Huey along with a bastardized version of Chicago perform at Northerly Island last summer.

I can't believe Sheryl Crow gets $175! That Friday's featured artist segment must have driven her asking price up.

Does R. Kelly give a discounted rate if it's for a children's charity/party?

Interesting info.

I'm not an audiophile, but I can't believe the huge number of bands that I've never heard of commanding over $15k.

From the guilty pleasure files: I was a little disappointed not to see Tesla on that list.

Well played Spaulding!

Looking at some of the comparison rates - it's just crazy.

You can the Goo Goo Dolls for 75K and a newcomer nobody James Blunt is charging 100K.

Who sets these rates?

Wow, Huey Lewis only $40-$60 dollars? What with all his success with recent hits like "The Heart of Rock & Roll", "Power of Love" and "Walking on a Thin Line", that's a steal!

Huey for $40? I've got 2 $20s.

Easy Zack. Don't be ripping on Huey. I'd pay him $50k before I drop $100k on James Blunt.

Huey is workin' for a livin'.

I respect Huey. I would never pay $100 for James Blunt unless he came with a guillotine and a bucket. I'm not ripping on Huey, I'm ripping on how much it would cost to get him (which would be 20-40 *thousand*; should have reviewed my post before clicking submit...ahem, oops).

I had heard they broke up, but never heard all of the details. I know they just released an album a couple of months ago...it's pretty good. Not sure if there are new band members or what.

Wilco for $30k seems reasonable next to some of the other prices.

LOL, that's true. I wouldn't ask them to play my BD party though! Funny enough, I'm listing to "Jerk Off" at the moment.

More people I'd murder if I had access to time-machine technology. Scientists really need to get on that; I have a lot of killin' to do.
