Dave Meltzer has them tagged between $4m-6m. I'm pretty sure Vince has that much between his couch cusions.

He's delusional if he thinks anyone is paying that for TNA.

Didn't Vince buy WCW for like 2 mil?

I've been listening to some old podcasts lately. Today it's We the People with Jesse Ventura.

The guest: Roddy Piper...it's bumming me the fuck out :(

I don't know if anyone is following TNA this week, but getting interesting, they advertise for a ppv this Sunday, that may not happen, low on funds, contradicting reports on if they are cancelling flights and events next week, still talk WWE could buy TNA.

Reading some people's thoughts on what Corgan is saying, WWE may have bought it already, could we see Triple H at Bound for Glory SUnday, or by Monday, would it just be WWE and ROH as the big wrestling companies left.

The feeling is that Corgan won't fund this weekend's PPV and next weeks tapings if he can't buy the whole thing no?

I can't blame him either. Why waste your money just to see Vince & Co. swoop in and buy the library on a whim?

I know you need wrestlers people know, but if they had money issues, shouldn't there have been some control on who they brought in, in last couple months, brought in Moose, Damien Sandow, and supposed to be Cody RHodes Sunday, before that Mike Bennet and Maria Kannelis.

Part of me thinks this is all a carny act by Corgan to drum up interest for Sunday.

I'm surprised Hulkster doesn't take some of that Gawker money & buy the company himself.

If TNA doesn't have a ppv Sunday, that will look bad, we could get more news on it tomorrow.

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is a growing frustration within TNA, due to the feeling that Dixie Carter is making a mess of the TNA sale negotiations. One person close to the sale told the Obsever the following…
“There are a lot of hurdles and games being played. She (Dixie Carter) has really made a mess and is responsible for all of it.”
Another person stated the following…

“I thought Aroluxe had it late last week (this was when just days earlier Billy Corgan seemed to be the one most expected to get it). Then Saturday (9/24) I thought Billy won. Now I know the same BS is still going back-and-forth. She is something else. I’ve never met someone so clueless. She is out of touch on all levels. Both sides want her out. There is no doubt there. It’s the only thing they can agree on.”
Carter is the one who will make the decision as to who ends up with the company. While WWE was in the picture earlier in the week, they are now reportedly out again.
Whoever buys the company will also have to deal with the promotion’s debt, which is said to be “millions of dollars,” owed to Aroluxe, Corgan and others. Some reports put the amount of the debt at greater than the value of the company. There are also now reports that FITE TV owns a small stake in the company.
TNA’s main issue is their lack of revenue. When they lost Spike TV and went to Destination America, they lost between 40 and 50 percent of their TV revenue deal. That is when things started to get bad. The move to POP TV sees TV getting a share of the advertising revenue, which is said to be almost non-existent.
A deal needs to get done by Friday, because if there is no funding, there will be no Bound for Glory or TV tapings. If this were to happen, TNA would be in breach of its television & PPV contracts, and could cause them the loss of those deals.

RUmor has it, Dixie got the funding for the ppv, should be an interesting ppv to say the least, it could be the last TNA event still.

Whatever it means or happens, TNA got money from a 3rd party to have Bound for Glory, it's always good promoting a ppv, then a day or 2 before not knowing if you will have it and going to get money from people, right

Bound for Glory day,

According to F4WOnline.com, there will be an “internal meeting” tomorrow in Orlando prior to TNA’s annual Bound for Glory pay-per-view to discuss the future of the company.

While we may not have an official announcement from TNA tomorrow, it is likely they will at least in some form address the situation at Bound for Glory. Either way we should have details on primary ownership and the future of the brand in the next few days, as company brass will have to inform talent either at the PPV or next week’s Impact Wrestling television tapings

Read more at http://www.wrestlezone.com/news/760159- ... pv8ZoLJ.99

It would be something if Triple H or VInce Mcmahon came out to this ppv tonight, don't think it will happen though.

No surprise tonight at ppv, none of WWE's guys showed up, so I guess we will see what happens with TNA for the future, they still started the rumored feud of Cody RHodes along with his wife vs Mike Bennet along with his wife Maria

The Great War was the only memorable thing on the show. In the ring at least.

The lights being turned out on TNA was fitting.

And they put the women's title back on Sasha Banks.

Not surprised. Next week Charlotte is probably going to blame Dana, then win the belt back @ HitC.

Vince hopes he's the next Rock.

He's not.

Not wholly his fault though as he's given shitty promos to do.

He's actually not too bad in the ring. He needs to drop the Spear, as it's just a tired move these days. [see: Super Kick, Sweet Chin Music] @ least the Super Kick is high impact. The spear, for a lot of guys, is like a falling hug. Should be a Bailey move.

He might benefit from a Mic Man (more so than a McMahon). He has a sense of humor, but his delivery kind of suffers. But that seems to be the case w/ a lot of the big stars these days. Seth is whiny, Dean drones, KO is the vocal love child of William Shatner & Christopher Walken. They really just need to tweak is character a bit. Get rid of the post-Shield get-up. Use his wit. Maybe watch some videos of guys who could kill it on the mic & pick some stuff up (w/o just imitating).
