I had it close so I'm not surprised. I will say that looking at the two after the fight that GGG is the one who got beat up. Canelo had a cut above his left eye, but GGG had 2 black eyes and blood running down his face. Canelo landed more power shots and those body blows count too. I can imagine those judges sitting ringside and hearing GGG let out a groan every time one of them landed. That influences scoring.

Two great fights between them.
