Michigan by far the most insufferable alums. Ohio State people tend to be annoying because they're from Ohio but the tOSU folks are really annoying/seem to only care about football. Ohio State should probably be in the SEC.

Some of this might be geographic: if you talk to Nebraska people they can't stand Iowa and Minnesota and to a lesser extent Wisconsin. Iowa has like a 90% acceptance rate for undergrad. So I dunno who they think they're pulling rank on other than a community college.

Iowa does have the 2nd highest out-of-state undergrad enrollment after Michigan. But I imagine those are folks from the corn fields abutting Iowa--western Illinois/Wisconsin, northern Missouri, Nebraska people who don't wanna go to Lincoln and southern Minnesotans. Whereas Michigan attracts east coast dbags who couldn't get into a real school. With Indiana serving as the ultimate safety school for the same east coast population and for people who are serious about doing as many drugs as possible while in college.

Illinois like Rutgers is almost 100% in-state students for undergrad. No one wants to pay that out-of-state premium to live in Urbana or Newark. Illinois does have the most international students, thanks to the reputation/quality of their STEM programs.

Is this a germ of a thread about people hating Asians?

Because I will have serious problems about that line of thought.
