Remember vividly screaming at the top of my lungs during the Bobby Heenan vs Greg Gagne "Weasel Suit" match while attending matches with my buddies at Boylan High School during the glory days of the old AWA.

It didn't occur to me at the time, but now I fully realized that the only reason I cared about the match was that I hated Bobby Heenan and wanted him to see him get his ass kicked, didn't really care about Gagne, we all knew the only reason he was there was due to his dad owning the company, but we hated Heenan.

Decades later I understand the level of talent it took to make people hate you to the point they would spend their hard-earned lawn mowing cash to buy tickets just to see you get your ass kicked.

The old WWF was amazing comedy. The wrestling was secondary.
I had a pirate box and would tape the pay-per-viw events. Then, rent out the tape for $20.
