John Cena Birthday is today, the champ has grown up over the last year.


WWE's first three-hour Raw of 2012 takes place Monday night from Detroit completing the hype for the Extreme Rules PPV on Sunday.

The only item officially advertised for the three-hour show is John Cena and Brock Lesnar's "contract signing" for their PPV main event. Locally, Joe Louis Arena is advertising this as Lesnar's first WWE appearance in Detroit in eight years.

No theme has been announced for the overall broadcast, but WWE is emphasizing heel authority figure John Laurinaitis's "people power" tagline, which will likely lead to more PPV-quality matches presented without advanced hype.

Elsewhere, WWE will be hyping top matches for the PPV - WWE champion C.M. Punk vs. Chris Jericho and Smackdown's current top matches of World Hvt. champion Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton vs. Kane. WWE is also expected to announce more undercard matches for the PPV.

Both Raw and Smackdown crews are scheduled to be in Detroit after completing the two-week European Tour on Saturday. The Smackdown crew then continues to Grand Rapids, Mich. on Tuesday for the final Smackdown taping before the PPV.

For the live crowd in Detroit, WWE is advertising a featured tag match of Punk & Cena vs. Jericho & Kane in a Raw tag match
