Months ago Arum said they had agreed to everything and signed a contract. We knew that was a lie. We found out that there was major issues between HO and Showtime that need to be addressed. I'm telling you, it isn't about the money. Pacquaio has acquiesced to make the fight. This is straight up fear from Mayweather. He talks a cocky game, but he's very afraid of losing that zero. That's the one reason the fight isn't going to happen. He'd be a heavy favorite. He'd probably win. But he doesn't want any part of this guy. I don't see how you could see it any other way.
