Rich Swann arrested for assaulting his wife and forcing her to get into their car last night.

I guess Swann couldn't "handle it"

Found this little tidbit. Undertaker and Cena would be cool as hopefully a retirement match for the deadman. But I dont see any way that a match between Cena and Bautista or Goldberg is bigger than a match with Styles.

Quote:
As we noted before, 16 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena is currently the favorite to win the Royal Rumble 2018 match.

This led to speculation that Cena would most probably face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 34 (in a rematch of their Royal Rumble 2017 match), with the storyline being Cena will be chasing his record 17th WWE World Title win.

However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer noted that Cena won’t be facing Styles at WrestleMania 34 as Cena is in a “much bigger match than Styles”.

Meltzer said that Cena’s WrestleMania 34 opponent is expected to be one of the following big names:

– The Undertaker

– Goldberg

– Batista

Cena’s WrestleMania 34 angle might begin on the 25th anniversary episode of Raw on January 22, 2018.

I'm hoping to never see Goldberg ever again. Did his run a year ago interest anybody? Batista could be fun, but Undertaker should also just go away forever, he's finished.

I found this show this week on Sirius radio called Busted Open with wrestler Bully Ray, don't know how much intrest here, but the big thing and a lot of people wanted to talk about it was the Women's Royal Rumble, like who will be in it, suprises, think Nia will get the most eliminations.

Could there be a possibility we see Ronda Rousey at the Rumble.

I completely agree about Goldberg.

I dont see how Batista would be fun and not at all better than Cena v Styles.

I would be fine with Undertaker being done and not seeing him anymore. But if they are going to bring him out for one more match it should be with Cena.

But ultimately I would much rather seen Cena and Styles. Styles is one of the best workers the E has had since the days of HBK.

Goldberg's run would've been better if Owens wasn't sacrificed on the PPV before Mania. Brock-Goldberg didn't need the belt, and Owens-Jericho for the WWE Title would've been great.

Jericho-Owens could have been great, was the problem how many people would have been excited for that match, I think in the Lesnar-Goldberg match, most people knew Lesnar was winning that one too, so that didn't help much.

Haven't heard much lately, but the rumor a couple months ago was Reigns Lesnar for the belt at Mania this year.

Bruce Prichard's Vince impression might be the best thing to ever come from the wrestling world.

I wish he'd do a whole podcast as Vince.

Yeah, his work with D'Lo was always fun. I enjoyed his last monster run a few years ago too...the fake retirement when he ran over Cena.

I would have thought he'd get one more appearance in the Rumble.

Yep. And his Macho Man is great, too.

But Vince just gets me everytime. The combination of the spot on voice likeness and the outrageous often times homo-erotic things Vince would say about talent just scratches me right where I itch!

I think it was the Survivor Series 87 episode but him doing Vince blowing up over the referree's shirt being untucked was fucking brilliant.

Yeah but doing a spot on Dusty good enough to rib Rick Rude is pretty damn impressive.

I'm glad he retired the Pat Paterson one because it did veer into 1920s Italian Guy.
