Packers pass on their Caucasian Corner and reach on a offensive tackle from offensive powerhouse Arizona that most mocks had as a 2nd rounder.

Couple of things, Belicheck said he wasn’t making it out of the 1st round and this Arizona team you are laughing at went 10-3 and was a Top 10 team.

I hope you and Chalres Leno are very happy together

Charles Leno has absolutely nothing to do with the Packers 1st round draft choice last night, nothing.

And who the fuck is Lance Zierlein?

Charles Leno was a decent player for the Bears, but for context he was a 7th rounder. When you are drafting in the first round, I think the hope is a player better than the profile Charles Leno. It was a rough night for Packer land, you can just say it, hopefully tonight's rounds 2 and 3 are better for them.

For context the Bears got a receiver at #9 profiled to Larry Fitzgerald.

If the scouting reports were more favorable, you would love them.

It is 1 scouting report from 1 dude that his own mother doesn’t even know who he is.
But, no I don’t really give a shit about scouting reports, they mean nothing. Do it between the white lines.

I believe he just publishes the information he gathers from various scouts, etc that work for the NFL.com publication. It's a collective opinion and not a flattering one for the Packers. Like I said, you hope to do better with your first round pick. Not a good night.

Wipe away those salty tears with some of that Packer's stock you own

Should I find an interception or a dropped pass that your boys have had?

I was shocked they didn't take Barton. He's versatile across the line. I guess they were looking for outside lineman. He played that at Duke but he was being projected at center and IOL

I was too, because he has the ability to play center too.

You don't draft a center with a 1st rd pick and although he played multiple positions, Barton wasn't very good at LT.

I am not sure he is just a center. Gute thinks the guy we drafted can play both guard and tackle positions but I am guessing his best chance is Right Guard and I am good with that.

They don't even know where he's going to play. He's not that good. Poles does the same bullshit with losers like Lucas Patrick and now Ryan Bates. Great players you know where they are going to play. Oduzne will line up at the X and dominate.

They easily could have traded up to get him if they wanted him, plenty of draft capital. I believe they were very comfortable with whatever offensive lineman fell to them.

Bob, competent teams like the Packers do this all the time, having versatile lineman is huge because it allows you to play your best 5.

Oddly quiet on the Bears side tonight. Apparently everyone is happy that they might be over .500 next season and don’t care that last night was pretty much the end of the fun.

I shut it off after pick nine last night. Cubs won. Sox lost. Bears upgraded. I went to bed happy.
