As a fan, I don't like this. There was absolutely nothing wrong with a 16 game season. I hat solving for problems that don't exist.

I agree. 16 games and the playoffs were fine as is. Changing playoffs in a Covid year, fine.

Remember, player safety is paramount according to the NFL so adding more games makes perfect sense.
