He can't throw a 5 yard swing pass to save his life. It's over for him

He was 20 when the Packers drafted him, younger than Fields.

kind of odd for the 49ers to trade him. All I’ve heard about that organization the last few years is that anyone can play quarterback effectively with those receivers , that line and that running game. Stiffs like Garoppolo and something called Brock Purdy arent really any good , it’s everyone around him that makes them good.

Unlike Pace, Lynch is right to recognize Lance is probably a mistake and cut his losses as soon as possible by converting Lance into an asset he can actually use. The Bears had a total loss on their team and stubbornly kept him on the team rather than trying to offload him onto some other team in exchange for an asset.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was really good and made a pro bowl in year 2. You would have traded him that off season?

Yeah, the 49ers trade is far worse than the the Bears trade.

You need to stop with the pro bowl stuff dude, that was bullshit.

I wouldn't have traded him at that time. I would have traded him when it became apparent he was a bust.

He earned that pro bowl. He was really good. Statistically one of the best qb seasons we have seen a Bears player have.

Not much value with him with one year left in a trade. It's not comparable to Lance.

Bears ruined Mitch. Bears ruined Lance by besting the 49ers in a monsoon.

Bradshaw made it sound like he had a big offer from another network that he turned down. Very awkward moment on the pregame show today.

A second year player with less than a quarter of a game in the books. Yeah plenty of evidence.

A lot of bad football in this Bucs and Vikings game. Baker missing a wide-open TE for a touchdown. How much of this is the degradation in quality for early games because of the reduction in pre-season training?

Well you may be right. But he is playing the top defense, and the sample size is small.

When Fields played bad in his second year he was given no such quarter
