Vrabel will get another HC job. TN GM Ran Carthon's first season and he took this as an opportunity to put in his own guy. New England is a mess, but I'd trust them to dig themselves out of it before I'd trust Atlanta, Vegas, or any of the other teams with Head Coaching vacancies. |

New England also needs to hire a general manager; even if Belichick stays as coach it's pretty much understood he'll have to give up GM duties. I don't think the Patriots have ever had a GM under Kraft. Unlike jerking off, he usually did that himself. |

Hard to criticize the hire....clearly been around successful organizations. I mean, they could always just hire Ernie Acorsi to select a GM for them....that's proven to be real effective |
