My question is why didn't this women file a police report or try to shake down Dez herself. Get money to not report. Then again, maybe she did do that. That's why we never heard of it.

Smells like BS...this story has been out for days and no one has seen a thing? Let alone how could this have happened in a Wal-Mart, a public setting, and not one person was around to see it?

1. If it really is violent and horrific, can the cops go and arrest him even though it hadn't been reported?

2. Was she a total stranger or somebody he knew?

Those are the questions that still need answers.

I'm sure people saw it. But maybe they didn't know it was Dez Bryant. You know how people are when a crime is taking place. They put their heads down and run away cuz they are scared themselves.

But if a Walmart surveillance camera caught it, isn't Walmart obligated to give it to police? Maybe not if she didn't report it. It's their property.

Though the head of Walmart has to be pissed that an employee is selling it.

The story is so weird that it has to be true.

I talked about the situation at the outset of Wednesday’s PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio, and several other times throughout the program. My understanding is that the incident (if there was one) happened in 2011, and that the video (if there is one) may contain footage of someone other than Dez Bryant.

Bidding war going on right now between Dez and TMZ. Dez's old friends playing this pretty good to get top dollar, I guess. If I were Dez, I'm not paying. Cuz they'll double cross him anyway and sell to TMZ once they get Dez's cash.

Deadspin put it out today that they'll buy it. So if these guys are smart, they should carry this thing out and try to get as many bidders as possible.
