Baker Mayfield will be good-not-great for a season or so after this. It's his pattern going back to college. Mayfield does well enough to get the starting job, gets fat and happy and fucks off and pisses off his teammates and then moves on, repeat. At least now he'll be able to reside in a roofed stadium.

Mayfield would be a nice fit in Detroit.

Just to get to the playoffs will be a huge accomplishment in the AFC, let alone getting to the AFC championship game and winning that. Watson could have gone to Atlanta or New Orleans and had a much easier path to the Super Bowl.
