Should have been a bear, it was a no brainer..instead they drafted Floyd's skinny ass who they never even took his 5th year option.

The Lions may be a quarterback away from being the best team in the NFC

Offensively, they are probably weaker today than they were at the start of last season.

They are better defensively.

Always happy to see CGJ get humbled. I don't think he's a guy who learns a lesson though, as he fell in the draft and is on his third team in five years.

i dont get the fit. they have hunter henry who is a pretty decent two way TE. Gesicki is a WR masquerading as a TE.

are the panthers drunk? giving miles sanders 13M guaranteed? there's no way his market was that hot. I like him and think he's a very good RB but they might have been bidding against themselves there. and now the theilen contract? you're giving a 33 y/o washed WR $14M guaranteed? what's the plan here? get to the playoffs at 7-10 in the horrendous division just to screw the bears?

I guess they're trying to give him good veteran players. There's a lot of thread on Sanders' tires.

Offense will be better with a healthy Jamison and Chark, that's the team to beat in our division.

Bad decisions from a bad GM, Hubbard and Foreman were running down teams throats.

No Hockenson and currently no replacement. If they try to replace him in the draft, TE are notoriously slow in development.

Chark is most likely gone. St. Brown is good. Jameson Williams caught one pass last year. They have career 4th WR after him.

I don't think Monty will match Williams production last season.

In short, they have downgraded at each of the skill groups.

I would offer up that the addition of a healthy Jameson Williams to the Lions offense is potentially a game-changer for them, even if Chark goes and they have a journeyman at TE.

I largely see this but want to point out that the offense didn't miss Hockenson once he left last year. At some point they were actually scoring more after he left than they did when we was around.

well, sure, it has the potential. He also has the potential to be nothing. He played in six games last year, and caught one ball in nine targets

and health is no small issue.

Schultz to the Texans for 1 year. I'm surprised the Bengals didn't jump on him.

He wasn't even cleared to play til week 13, his snap count was fuckall..don't look at games played.. I saw him tear savage and Amos up on a 50 yard td that was called back on a flag..the guy has huge play potential..probably will finish in the top 5 in air yards and long plays this season.

1 year, 10 million. Turned down 3/31 from Cowboys. That should put a Kmet extension at 3/18, max.

There's some colluding going on. Kmet is probably 3/15.

The Ravens may have given Lamar Jackson his first real WR. I'm not positive only because OBJ has had 15 knee surgeries.

That's really only one. We don't know if OBJ is still good or if Bateman is a stud.

Very strange, young, solid CB and well liked by teammates..probably could have gotten a 3rd for him.

They weren’t going to resign him and got what they could. Maybe could have held out for more, but like Bears, wanted it done before the draft.
