What did Devin Hester get on the Wonderlic?

I think I once heard the agents get a copy of these wonderlic tests for their players. There's only like 3 or 4 different versions. So the players memorize the answers.

18. Well, Devin beat Lance Briggs. Would have thought Briggs would have done better than a 15.

Briggs was smart enough not to wait for the cops.

I don't know if it's selective editing, hamming it up for the camera or if all the Rams coaches are all truly meathead idiots.

When your S&C guy is the only adult who can communicate without screaming you may have an issue.

Jeff Fisher is a guy that loves himself and the cameras. But I've always thought that about him.

He's trying to be Hollywood for this show.

Most coaches are idiots. Especially position coaches. I thought the same thing of the Atlanta Falcons coaches when they did this show. I mean they know their football. But you wouldn't want to have a conversation with them about anything else.

All those clowns were fired that season.

See issue is Hard Knocks films the garbage teams. You could tell by around episode two Philbin/Smith/Fisher were total clowns.

Arians seems like a good coach for one of these shows.

If I'm an owner, a GM or a coach I'd never agree to do this. They don't realize it, probably even as they watch it, but this show just exposes the stupidity of everybody involved. GMs, coaches and players. All exposed as idiots.

I mean the NFL is a multi billion dollar business and the principal people involved in this NFL are dumb asses. Think about that.

Yrs. Its far more interesting than Hard Knocks as it follows the team through the regular season. And the cardinals and actually good. The tube and direction of the show is practically identical to hbo.

Just started watching this tonight.

I forgot I was at the Bears/Cards game until it started. I wish I had still forgotten it.

He's like Chad Johnson, but with 400 yards of production each year. Did you hear them talking about his agent approaching them with top 5 money? Fucking nuts!

That's kind of an ass move to make that one guy a pariah. You could spread out the Grim Reaper duty to a few guys so one guy isn't getting the stink eye from everyone all week.

Actually, I thought the old man enjoyed being the one to tell the players. He seemed to get a sick and twisted thrill out of it.

Here's the thing. When they cut it down from 90 to 75, most of those 15 players know they're gonna be cut. If for no other reason, they're not getting reps in practice or much playing time. Most of these guys are undrafted free agents. So it's really not a shock to them.

and then he pulled the "hold me back" move when picking a fight with a defensive lineman.

Last night's episode, the last one of the season, was the most interesting.

There was a funny blooper clip at the end of the show where they were doing an interview with Fischer and part of a desk fell down. Someone off camera said "That's some 7-9 bullshit!"

I didn't know guys on the practice squad make $7,000 a week. Not too shabby.

At first I felt bad they made the S&C coach tell the players to go see Fisher. After this recent episode I'm on Beardown's side that he enjoys the duty. I figured a guy like Glover whose title is Player Engagement should be performing that task.

Yeah, the practice squad money is decent, although it's a very limited time arrangement. If they made that for 52 weeks, it'd be a great gig.

Most folks would like to get the 16 weeks.
