Yeah, the practice squad money is decent, although it's a very limited time arrangement. If they made that for 52 weeks, it'd be a great gig.

A contract is signed in the off-season that includes a signing bonus. They don't workout and practice for free May - August.

Roughly 21 weeks of work, probably a week or 2 more is around $147000 a year.

Best they can do is 9-7 now. And 7-9 may look good when this is all over.

Best scene of that whole series was the end credits of the last episode when they were interviewing him at his desk at the college and his billboard fell over and one of the cameramen said "that's some 7-9 bullshit right there". :lol:
