I dont get the extra point there. Go for 2 and tie it. If you miss the 2, or kick the extra point, you need a FG to take the lead anyway.

Thats a Lovie move.

Aside from straight up running the ball between the tackles everything they are running in the NFL is about misdirection and testing the defenses ability to maintain basic fundamentals taught at the high school level (outside shoulder, keep the play in front of you). With the athleticism on the edges now the only way to stop those defensive ends, aside from just egregious holding (Packers.........), is to allow them to overpenetrate. There's a real there hasn't been any real evolution in defensive scheming in the last 20 years, these zone coverages are basically perfect when executed properly by defenders.

I remember my first year of watching football too.

Thats crazy how long ago was that like 1960?

You drunk? I literally said "goddamn is he good at that". But the fact is it's been like four times, not 20, and everything you've said since then is lol-levels of bad. Don't worry man, pitchers and catchers report in like a month.

Maybe the Giants will see if they can get Peyton out of retirement for a year.

So now the PAT makes even less sense.

Actually it makes more sense. Down a fg and TD with a 2 pt instead of Two tds if you miss the 2 pt conversion. Not that it really matters as it looks as though this game is over.

I still wouldn't count out the Giants here. Plenty of time left. Packers can't let up, Beckham will make some spectacular catch at some point.

Giants snatched defeat from the jaw of victory. No TDs early, let the Packers pull off another hail mary, and literally hand them the ball right back.

And Joe Buck LOVES the Packers.

Maybe Dallas will get some home calls to make up for the catch Dez Bryant had a couple years ago.
