Not much different than a baseball player going to professional baseball after high school. The biggest difference is the MLB scholarship program is for 4 year schools. Besides that the player takes the same risks if injured or washes out. |

Yes at the lower levels. The upper levels they can make 40-50k. |

This NFL league is more like an extended version of various post season talent showcases like the East West Shrine Game or whatever they call them these days. |
