TO reportedly didn't even make top 10. Doesn't look like he will ever get the call. Numbers definitely there, but made too many enemies with his attitude and personality. |

He had two great seasons, one really good season, one OK season, and was MIA for most of his last three. |

At some point, the HOF is going to have to change this 5 per year rule. You've got a backlog of people waiting to get in, and every year you finally let someone in, you are forcing someone who is newly eligible to wait for no good reason. Davis jumps off the page as a guy who probably doesn't deserve the HOF, but even if it wasn't him, you have Faneca, Atwater, Lynch, Boselli, Bruce, Walker, Watters, Centers, Alexander, Barber, Bruschi, Joyner, McGinest, Porter, Thomas, Harrison, Sharper, Woodson, and Ochocinco all that (in my view, at least) have an equal right to get in, with MANY of them waiting longer than TO. |

The numbers say he is absolutely a HOF guy..but he was an awful teammate, I'd never want him on my team, you can't really say that about any other hall of famer. |
