as I said in the Bear thread, (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky passed the measurement tests that had arisen Kizer is a big guy and I think he can be a star with the proper coaching. |

None of these big name running backs put up blazing speed. I would have expected a little better from Mc Caffery and much better from Cook. |

Watson supposedly measured 6'2" 221lbs, bigger than expected. I know he had a ton of ints., but aside from he and Kizer, I still don't like any other QB in this draft before the 4th round. I really don't get the (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky love. A one year starter who came off as stunningly average in games that kind of mattered. Imo. It's funny/odd to watch Jabrill Peppers value plummet though after being wildly hyped during the season w/o a real clear NFL position. |

I'm ready to go all in on Kizer and Watson. I'm unwilling to buy into (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky also. |

Not by a long shot And I think that's a good thing. Maybe they can grab this kid Tanzel Smart from Tulane. He just ran every d line drill pretty nicely. Not as nice as the Thomas kid outta Stanford, but good for a local small program kid |

Obi Melifonwu was probably the physical freak of the draft. He might have jumped a few safeties into the #2 at his position. I think the only safety who the Bears could possibly take at #3 is Adams and I'm not sure I can recommend it. It is becoming more apparent that if they stay at #3, it has to be a QB. I'd really like to get out of #3 but I don't know what player is going to cause another team to make the move (maybe Fournette). |
