Owner's meetings coming up, heard so far... Proposed allowing 2 people to come off IR in a season instead of 1. Reducing OT to 10 minutes. |

I'm sure it's blah blah we care about the player's health, but fucking cancel pre-season OT at least since every team in the NFL will just go for 2 rather than kick an xp if it means OT. |

They relaxed the rules on touchdown celebrations. The ball can once again be used as a prop and they're allowing group celebrations. |
