Nope. He can move well and throws well on the run. He's in a very ideal situation but he's a lot better than Glennon. It's not close.

Most QBs have some type of sophomore slump, so I wasn't expecting a repeat of last year. I think Dak is a franchise QB, who is going to get better. I have no clue what is going on with Zeke other than the fact that he looks fat. The O-line went through some changes. The RT has more of an OG build (shorter arms), and the LG is really a T, but can not stay healthy there. I just keep saying to myself, 2 more years left on the Dez contract. He is either big play or bust, there seems to be no middle.

freeman wasnt as mobile as dak is. i have no doubt dak benefits greatly from opponents who fear elliot and their run game, but mike glennon doesnt make any of the plays dak did last night

I say this, because he does have a cannon or a rocket for an arm. He is pretty accurate, he can run but is not a running QB despite his stats(always looking to pass 1st). His problem is that, Dez wants the ball, and he has to force to him early to see if they can get him into a rhythm. They actually played better last year, when Dez was hurt and not in the game.

Their window has closed, and as soon as they hand him anything over $30M, they are gonna be in cap hell. Elliot has this year and the 5th yr option Dallas picked up, yet is holding out for a new contract. They still have Cooper to re-sign this year. And Jaylon Smith's contract is a coming.

If I were JJ, I would let the Dak thing play out and just Franchise him for a couple years. I would probably re-sign Cooper and Elliot, to not have that distraction.

He's no Tom Brady, as Jerry Jones thinks, but better than average. He continues to get better and could still be very good. I don't think having Garrett helps him, as much as another HC could.

Prescott had the Packers defense on their heels in the 2nd half. To his credit, he didn't fold and actually made a game of it with a few minutes left in the 4th Quarter. Some of his throws, like the one to Elliot out of the backfield along the sideline, were excellent. The Packers were sweating bullets, if Dallas had scored a TD there at the end, instead of missing the field goal on the second try after the penalty.

GB vs. Dallas was the most entertaining game yesterday, despite Aikman's constant Dallas talk.

He is not worth the contract he is going to get. If I am Dallas, I let this play out with a franchise tag and quickly identify a QB in the draft.
