25 year old qb who through his first 3 full years is averaging over 4k yards per year and is damn near 3:1 td to INT ratio. wtf more do you want from a qb? it's his fault the front office mismanaged the roster around him and their defense is atrocious?

It's impossible to take anyone seriously who thinks Watson isn't a franchise QB.

I don't discount QB records as a thing that matters, but if there's ever a special case it's the complete ineptitude of the Houston Texan's ownership and front office.

I thought it was general consensus that if you are a true franchise QB, the worse your team can be is 7-9 ish. They were 4-12 and got to play the Jagoffs twice.

Favre went 4-12 starting every game once in GB. I'll give him one do over.

Let's look at Aaron Rodgers. The worst GB has been under him is 6-10. A franchise QB should buy you 6-7 wins automatically. (regardless of the shit show around him).

And 2 years later he was 13-3, he was still a franchise QB

You don't think its at least plausible to say that the Bears team with Stafford at QB could have won three playoff games in January 2019? (I mean legit plausible, not Rick 90 million plausible)

Stafford with the Bears in the 2019 reg season also likely leads them to at least two more wins and another playoff appearance. I think Stafford on this year's Bears gets them no worse than 9-7.
