Iirc WZ and RR tried to start this hype train a few years back but it wasn't meant to be.

The defense is good and might be great if the LB injuries aren't serious. They have a good QB. Kamara might be their best RB in years and Ingram looks great. Very good all around team. In what looks to be a parody-laden league this year New Orleans has a GREAT chance to win it all, imo. Buy in now.

Fair.

But for real, they're as good as any team in the NFC and maybe the NFL.

They are. Stafford earning his money too.

It's amazing that Calvin Johnson retired and they basically didn't miss him.

10-6, maybe 11-5 and lose in the playoffs to Green Bay.

Who knows? A-Rod is gone, the Pats d is historically awful and the entire league is heavily flawed, or down right blows.

I had no idea the Giants beat Denver last night until 20 minutes ago. Like it matters.

That's a good call. The Saints definitely have the refs on their side. Just look at the Bears game.

I called this preseason 2010 on this very board (well, not this board, but the predecessor) -- one of my few predictions that ended up coming true. Here's my next Saints prediction -- not this year, my friends.

It was def wise to edit this pick. No team that struggles to get by the Browns is going to win the SB

You wish the Bears struggled and put up 38 points.

Ingram is better than Kamara and has been undervalued his entire career by Payton. The Saints have been blessed with many good RB over the last 5-10 years

The only problem with that thought, is Ingram has fumble troubles, just look at the Bear game. Having 2 running backs isn't a bad thing.

Kamara seems to do make more of his touches. Both are great though. Kamara is too talented not to get the ball 10-15 times a game somehow.

The Saints have had multiple good running backs every year Ingram has been in the league and he has been the best running back in each scenario.

Ingraham was slow to begin with. Now he is cooking these days. Kamara is up and coming.

This is about as weak as your Hunt MVP thread.

Saints have beaten nobody, Philly would steamroll them, Rams just beat em. New England spanked em. So did Vikes. Atlanta will split with them, 7-8 teams are better, silly prediction.

First of all, it was a Hunt ROY thread, and you agreed the guy was a beast

Secondly, changing it to the Saints was an obvious joke on how bad the Lions prediction was. It wasn't meant to be taken as a serious prediction. That said, you can't name 7 teams better than NO so far.
