Seems like these 2 teams have a night game every year, but it's usally in AZ. This year it's both games. And who can forget the 6-6 tie of a couple years ago.

AZ won the first matchup in a comeback a few weeks ago.

They have played good (and won) in Seattle a lot in recent years.

This should be a good one. AZ coming off the last second Hail Mary win, so they might be due for a letdown.

Seattle coming off a loss at the Rams. They desperately need this one to stay afloat in a tough division.

With the Bears bye, another week of getting some good televised out of market games!

Titans @ Ravens - Rematch of last year's Divisional playoff game. Hard to win 2 in a row at Baltimore. Ravens should bounce back. Tenesseee sturggling the last month. Theyll turn it around, as they are a good team, but not here.

Lions @ Panthers - This could be another Patricia road special. This team has 3 road wins. Panthers falling apart. No Bridgewater, no McCaffrey. I say Lions do it here. Dont forget, they have Adrian Peterson and a good running game.

Eagles @ Browns - Another Browns home game that is a tough call. This is really a matchup of 2 mediocre teams. Eagles coming off road loss at Giants. Will be another rainy game in Cleveland like last week vs Texans. Myles Garrett is out. If the Browns were good, they would beat the Eagles. But I think the Eagles get it done here.

Patriots @ Texans - Texans are terrible. They beat NE last year at home. Deshaun Watson should be able to win this game, but he won't. NE maxing out the talent they have lately. Josh McDaniels is underrated.

Steelers @ Jaguars - PIT favored by 10. I think they do not cover here. Jaguars have given tough games to better teams the last 2 weeks, with Jake Luton at QB. Also, we should start noticing that Doug Marrone (coach) is a big fat fuck on par with Andy Reid and Fat Matt Patricia.

Falcons @ Saints - Tayson Hill starts for Brees. Last week, I noted how Brees had been hurt the week before, and what happened? He actually got injured and is out. Falcons playing better with new coach, and coming off bye. I'm looking at the Falcons solid 26-9 victory at NO 2 years ago for this one, but I dont think they duplicate that here. I think the Saints play a good team game here and get it done in a close game.

Bengals @ Skins - Bengals tied the Eagles in the previous trip to the NFC East. Alex Smith had a great game at Detroit last week. I think he gets the win here.

Dolphins @ Broncos - Hard to believe Miami is favored here but they continue to win. At some point Denver will stop losing at home. They still have a good defense.

Jets @ Chargers - Joe Flacco starting here. Had a good game vs NE 2 weeks ago. Chargers due to win. They are better than their record.

Packers @ Colts - Game of the week. Should be a good one. Colts with great defense, dominated at TEN. Packers should win this one. They let down against Jaguars last week and have shown to bounce back solidly on the road this year.

Cowboys @ Vikings - This is the week of the legacy QB (Flacco, A. Smith). Dalton is back after concussion and Covid. Doesnt change much. Vikings now rolling and should handle this one at home.

Chiefs @ Raiders - Raiders won the first game. Chiefs should flip it this time. Raiders have been winning but probably not as good as their record. Raiders had a bunch of players on the Covid list this week. However, ALL of them are coming off the Covid list and will be playing this week.

Rams @ Bucs - Rams in south Florida for second straight week. Lost at Miami, and will lose here. Tampa just the better team. Rams have feasted on a weak schedule. Goff is a terrible QB.

This is Kyler Murray's 2011 Derrick Rose primetime moment (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1qtz_KiBFU) where he defeats Super Bowl champion/6-time Pro Bowler/MVP frontrunner Russell Wilson and propels himself to the very top of the list of MVP candidates and everyone tomorrow morning will talk about how Murray could be in the Oakland Athletics minor league system right now but instead is a legitimate top-5 QB for years to come.

Seattle was up by 10 in the 4th Q. Won by 3. Whats the question?

Isaiah Simmons is going to be a monster.

Cards are running 5 LB looks using Baker and Simmons’ versatility to their advantage.

Outstanding.

Pretty sure that never happened. The Cardinals are a baseball team.

Metcalf makes Patrick Peterson look like a little kid. It’s insane; almost like Calvin Johnson.

He’s like 30. I’m not mentally prepared for that to be considered old.

that missed XP is still sitting there. I like how nobody's gone for 2 until absolutely necessary at end of game.

Pete Carroll has a lot of Nagy in him. His red zone play calls are horrible.

3-2 and he throws to a TE that hasn't caught a pass all year. Hyde has been running over guys all night. No need to get fancy.

The pitch back 5 yards in the red zone that was fumbled and recovered by Hyde was just stupid football. Nagy runs that same stupid play with Patterson every game.

Pete Carroll is a defensive coach who doesn’t call plays on either side of the ball.

Who do you think approves the game plan week to week? You don't think they go over both sides of the ball in meetings all week and he trusts them to execute his philosophy?
He tells them what he wants to focus on and they draw it up. He even admits to calling plays during the games.

"Coach Pete Carroll told defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. to call an eight-man blitz on the third and 16. The Bills made a perfect call against it: a quick wide-receiver screen. Five Buffalo blockers were against two Seahawks, hobbled cornerback Quinton Dunbar and nickel D.J. Reed.
Wide receiver John Brown ran 33 yards behind that unchallenged wall, to the Seattle 2-yard line. Buffalo then scored the touchdown that put it back up two scores. Game essentially over.

“I made, contributed, a call that they hit the screen on,” Carroll said after the 44-34 loss, the most points allowed by one of his Seahawks defenses.

“So all the calls didn’t work out quite right, as it happens sometimes.”

How many times is Carroll involved in Norton’s play calls during games?

“For years. For years I’ve been involved,” Carroll said. “There’s no how many. I don’t know how many. It’s just whenever, you know. It’s an ongoing conversation.

What NFL coach conducted the worst play call in Super Bowl history?
Pete Carroll

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- "I can take a punch," Pete Carroll texted me late Sunday night, nearly three hours after the conclusion of one of the greatest Super Bowls ever played -- and about 170 minutes removed from one of the most universally reviled play calls in the history of football.

When asked receiver Doug Baldwin, in a quiet conversation near his locker, if he was shocked by Carroll's decision to throw, he shook his head and said, "Come on, man -- you've got common sense, too. ... We have nobody to blame but us. My first thought was that we were gonna run it in -- but coaches, they're the ones that they know it better than us."

Again, be on the lookout for funny pics of Fat Matt Patricia!

At least this gives them time to reinforce the O-Line without getting him killed. He'll still probably have a 15+ year career.

Tua hadn't played well up until the final Dolphins drive of the 1st half. Offensive line needs to help him out. I think Miami makes adjustments and Tua gets hot in the 2nd half, like he did versus Arizona a couple weeks ago.

This is already heading towards “ Poor Joe Burrow being forced to ply his wares with the awful Bengals team is why he got hurt , it’s so unfair “ territory when players on good teams also have their seasons ended on one play when large angry men run into each other.
