The Eagles obviously can't let Superbowl Champion Nick Foles walk away so let the bidding begin for Carson Wentz. I can honestly see him going to the Jaguars for 2 1st round picks.

Nah it’ll be the opposite. Some dumbass team like the Jets will give up a top 10 pick for Foles and the eagles will win 5 Super Bowls.

I agree. But I think Wentz is the better player. The only thing that'd give me pause between them is the injury to Wentz.

Foles has another year on his contract. Actually 4 more, but he can opt out after next year.

And Wentz won’t be ready for opening day. I wouldn’t be surprised if he starts the year on ir which would mean at least 8-10 starts for Foles

He damaged more than the ACL. Pretty sure the surgeon said 9-12 month recovery time

Whoever they trade they will get two firsts for, at least. Wentz would probably command an even bigger haul but Wentz also feels like the safer bet. My money is they keep Wentz.

The scary part is the Eagles have a trade chip that they can do use to keep improving even as free agency and the cap dwindle their veteran roster. They just won the Super Bowl with a backup QB and aside from maybe Cleveland I don't think there is a team out there that will have the draft capital of Philadelphia for the next three years. They have a killer coaching staff too. Could be a dynasty here.

My prediction is Foles to the Dolphins, and I actually think he's worth the picks. 29 year old Super Bowl MVP QB's don't grow on trees.

They're not trading Wentz.

1. He's better than Foles.

2. They have Wentz cheap for 3 more years as he's on his rookie deal.

3. Like has been said, some dumb ass team will give a #1 and a #2 pick for Foles. And that team will have to pay Foles 25 million per year as he's on his last year of his deal and he'll suck with that new team.
