Since the salary cap is fake the Packers should have kept Jones even after signing the Mediocre Jacobs

They all got together at the annual owners meeting at the cheese factory and decided to let Jones go.

"The price of cheese has been falling since 2020 and a tough decision had to be made" said, Bertha McCheesehead.

Cheese increased 0.02 USD/LBS or 1.48% since the beginning of 2024, according to trading on a contract for difference (CFD) that tracks the benchmark market for this commodity. Historically, Cheese reached an all time high of 2.59 in July of 2020.

They just got a lot better at their weakest position. Very nice!

I'm joking. This was a great signing. They fear what C-Will is about to unleash on them.

It is so weird seeing the Packers this active on Day 1 of free agency. Reporters have always joked they don’t have to worry about working today because nothing ever happens.

4 for 48 for Jacobs, same contract they gave Jones at age 26.

I mean he just was an All Pro and led the league in rushing, not exactly bad.

I am hearing Jacobs only got 12.5 guaranteed, if so, beautiful.

14.8 guaranteed for year 1, nothing beyond that.

Caller Bob wrong again.

You don’t like having young very good controllable talent on your team?

No wonder your team has sucked.

I don't see anyone like that in your list, but that isn't the reason you cited it.

Also another reason your team has sucked, the evaluations aren’t good.

 Poor Dolphin. He thought the pain would ease once Rodgers moved on, but now he knows it will continue for the foreseeable future.

Oh good, another year where they act like having a bunch of 26 year old NFL players is remarkable.

You better hope GB drafts more offense because you'll be in perpetual catch up mode with Caleb starting in September.

Aren’t the Bears in catch up mode, they are the ones that have sucked the vast majority of your life.

Ditka was 15-5 against the Packers in the first half of my life. Neil Armstrong was 4-4. Jack Pardee was 5-1.

But I mean on the field.

Rome will be built in a day, on April 25. Or maybe, won't you be my Nabers.

I expect the Packers offense to be among the best in the league next season (barring injury to Love). The D needs to be better and they already filled a huge need. I expect that will be their focus in the draft although they will likely add an O-lineman early and a backup rb on day 3.

He's had more 4.0 YPC and under seasons as he has above.

The Packers don't even make the playoffs last year without Aaron Jones, who the best player in football the last month of the season.
