The league knows all. They don't wanna do anything about it. The league is run by the owners and, as Mark Cuban noted in challenging the NBA forcing Sterling to sell the Clippers, every owner has some skeleton in their closet that they wouldn't want made public.

Sounds like what Ricketts did with Wrigley Premium Tickets. The Cubs sell them at face (or maybe even lower) to WPT and reports that revenue to the league, while WPT makes a bigger profit selling them on the secondary market. And he owns WPT, so he's basically hiding revenue from other owners.

If the ESPN new reports are true, Dan Snyder has pulled a Steinbrenner and has threatened to expose the other owners and commissioner to save his franchise. I truly hope that it's true.
