You are trying too hard.

Let your ascension up the idiot rankings around here happen more naturally.

Folks on this board are taking their Mitch L’s hard this year. Glad I don’t have that problem.

There's not one GM excited to sign Mitch if he becomes a free agent. How is that an L? He sucks. LOL

Excited? That’s a nice way of phrasing something. He’s going to get signed to a multi year contract if he’s not franchise tagged this year

Yeah, as a backup QB.

I respect your insistence on taking more L’s on Mitch

My top guesses are NE or Washington if he doesn’t get franchise tagged, but I think he’s going to get franchise tagged.

If you don’t think he’s a starter next year you’re ignorant to QB quality league wide

Don't know if you are trolling, but.. keeping in mind the front office ineptitude, why in the fuck would the Bears turn down (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's option at $25M, then turn around and franchise him at a cost of $35 - 37M ??? If he is not their long-term answer, then they are just gonna cut bait here.

Pace will probably trade up, take a QB, and still tag Mitch.

They realized they fucked up declining his option. They’re gonna take a long hard look around the league, realize they don’t have better options, don’t want to commit to him long term still for some dumb reason, and go with the tag.

I don’t know why folks continue to suggest I’m trolling on Mitch when I’ve been right all along on him. He’s not great but he’s a decent starting QB and a hell of a lot better than other dumbass suggestions like Foles, Jameis, etc.

I said here a few months ago that Mitch would be in New England next year.

If he isn't, then the Bears will have to pay dearly to keep him.

It was dumb not to exercise the option. It wasn't guaranteed unless he had an Alex Smith like injury.

Won't the Bears have to dump some major payroll if they tag Mitch for 35 million? According to this page they are already over the cap next year.

I preface this by saying I don't know shit. But is it possible Bears fans were IN-town stupid? That a minority of (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's play was so retarded that the majority of his play was then jaded with that memory of retardedness?

Very plausible

At least fans have the excuse of being fans. Nagy thinking Foles was better should be the end of his football career in any serious capacity.

Not sure if trolling but I agree.

Same reason pace can never be redeemed for fucking up the (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky pick. You can’t make that bad a choice and stay in your job.

He sucks, beating up teams who fired their coach and GM doesn't change shit.

You can keep saying he sucks but the results on the field don’t reflect that. You seem to have the lazy opinion that everyone is great or sucks and there is no middle. And you also hilariously thought Foles was better even though this season has thoroughly discredited that opinion. Keep taking them L’s
