I’m not super old but I remember the last transition between HOF QBs in Green Bay so I have an idea what to expect this time around.

GB is smart. When they drafted Rodgers ppl were like WTF. But they see things 5 years in advance. and it worked out. Sure it pissed off Favre, but it was a genius move.
Now they are doing the same thing. 3/4 years from now Rodgers will not be at the same talent level. You need a guy to step in and ready. Unlike the fucking Bears who are shortsighted and just pick some bum in the draft and expect him to turn around the entire franchise.
I guess it's finally getting thru to you. I hope. Jordan Love will be ready to go when his # is called. He will know how the NFL works and what a QB needs to do to win in this league. Just like Rodgers learned under Favre.
added - now if Rodgers demands a trade and leaves, this becomes even a smarter move than when the drafted Rodgers.
