ESPN saying Flores lost a "power struggle" with the GM, also had a bad relationship with Tua ( ).

Who cares about Tua, but sucks to lose out in a struggle like that. Good luck replacing him, it was a great achievement to get to 8-9 with no RB and a combination of Brisset and Tua as your QBs.
