Maybe. Arians is still in the building. I know Todd Bowles isn't a head coach. I can't figure out if it's Arians departure, Gronk's retirement, or Brady's personal problems that made this team fall off a cliff.

There may not be any head coaching jobs for him anytime soon. At least he gets along with Brady.

Edit: I doubt he would have been a worse hire than Bowles. That's on Arians.
