The Eagles' offense seems like a more advanced version of the peak 2022 Bears offense. They can run it well and because they have NFL receivers they're also capable of actually advancing the ball via the air. I think the 49ers had the right formula - force Hurts to throw by limiting his runs - but their QB issue and TOs meant the defense had play way more than you'd like (37/60 minutes) and they eventually got burned, as you'd expect.

Eagles seemingly have the advantage at every position except head coach and QB. If Mahomes and Reid somehow pull this out of their ass, it'll be because Mahomes goes off and/or the Chiefs get to Hurts early and throw him off his game.

Although I wouldn't mind the Eagles getting out to a 21-7 lead or something like that, for the live betting opportunity to throw some cash behind a Mahomes comeback. If Mahomes ankle or whatever injury is mostly gone by then, I could see Mahomes putting the Chiefs on his back in the 2nd half of the game if they're down and running/passing/whatever is necessary (to win) today (the fabled WINT). Little value betting on either team pre-game. If there's any value on a side it's going to be live betting on the Chiefs if they get down early.

Seems like eagles are clearly the better team and it won't be much of a game. But mahomes.
