I watched and attended a lot of Illini games over the last couple years, and paid a lot of attention to chase brown and while he obviously has the yards and the stats, I dont know, he sure doesnt seem to have a lot of drive when it comes to getting the tough yards. I can think of a lot of 3rd and 4th and short situations where this guy gets stood up and stopped easily. Granted it’s not a first round pick we are talking about, but he just doesn’t seem to run very strong too me.

There's a lot of different types of RBs. He's not Chris Carson or Dameon Pierce. He can play 3 downs, run outside and inside, catch passes. He's a good football player.
