I did feel bad for him initially but then I remembered his early season comments where he threw Getsy under the bus for training him on "pocket stuff". Now when people are looking for players who can play out of the pocket they're knocking on Sam Darnold's door instead of Fields. Maybe now you know what to train for this summer. You can hit up Getsy for some lessons on "pocket stuff". |

Surefire hall of famer to one of the worst trades in the history of pro sports inside of a few years. I read a good write-up the other day on his early success. No idea if it’s true, but the upshot was that he came into the league at the time the RPO was ascendant. He had a ton of success with it given his athleticism. As he got older, he slowed down and the league defenses simultaneously caught up to the gimmicky offensive stuff. Height became a factor without the lines moving around and he relied on broken plays like a midget Justin Fields. |

Vikings flip with the Chargers, unless Harbaugh has too big a hard-on for OT Alt. Giants could use the extra draft picks (who couldn't). NE prolly thinks they can draft any QB and turn him into TB12 and would trade out of 3 for the right haul. Unless Poles trades 1/1 to like Arizona and then Arizona turns around and flips it to Minnesota. Prolly Chargers-Vikings swap 5 and 11 and Vikings take JJM. |
