Normally I would say someone is going to sign him in a second. the Hernandez issue has made it a 'not so quick situation'.

At best he gets a minimum deal with bonuses and clauses that he can be cut for any reason and not owe a dime.

He is a speed deep WR, so not going to Manning, best match would be Flacco and they have a little thug past with Ray Lewis.
