I don't know what this guy does to give that vibe to his players, but there has to be something to it. I mean I doubt he's throwing around the "N-word" or we'd have heard about that, but he's doing something to rub black players the wrong way.

I call bullshit , he's getting rid of black players but replacing them with black players . He's gotten rid of white players too.

He likes PAC 12 players he has seen in college. Outside of that, even the thought that a coach in any level of football wanting a collection of white guys makes the person suggesting it the idiot.

He knows he has to have black guys on an NFL roster. Obviously. But he can still be a racist. And he'll get rid of the ones that challenge his authority. Even if they are stars.

But most guys on NFL rosters aren't stars. You have 53 guys. Maybe if you're lucky 10 are stars. It's less for most teams. Most guys are worried about keeping their jobs and thus say "Yes, sir" to Chip Kelly. The few that don't are gone.
