God, Eli is a suckfest. The Giants are 0-2 and you can place both losses on him. First he tells Jennings to go down. Then today he fumbles in the red zone, when if they score the td, the game is a wrap. I still can't believe they paid this dumbass. He may have lucked into 2 rings, but he is a brutal player. More times than not, you are going to lose because of him.

I've always been a Chip Kelly fan, but why in the hell would anyone want to get rid of McCoy, Maclin, Jackson, Boykin and a couple of OL, and trade for Bradford? They look like garbage.

Yeah.

Sam Bradford isn't very good either.

Seriously though, I read some article that tried to debunk the racism thing by pointing out that some of the replacements for the players mentioned above are the same color. Bit more detailed than what I just wrote but it did a decent job trying to complicate the racism explanation. That being said, if a player says he experienced racism from Kelly and whatnot, then that's a much different (and more serious) case than simply pointing to racism as a reason for being traded away.

I am going to enjoy this game. Seattle is outclassed. Green Bay is the best team in the NFC.

Might be.

I like how ATL looks so far too. They get a depleted Dallas team on the road next week.

I think Atlanta is back to being a solid 11-5 type team, but Matt Ryan and their defense won't be good enough to truly be contenders.

Um, all of the departed players were replaced by black players...

If Chip made racist comments to players, then yea, thats a problem.

The refs missed all that contact somehow and also got the call wrong as he was laying on the sideline when he caught the "touchdown" reception. That's terrible. Should be PI and no catch.

It's not that crazy. It's pretty common for all time great QBs to make wide receivers. I think there's many cases of receivers going elsewhere and being very disappointing. Remember Javon Walker?

Jones couldn't catch a cold during his first turn in GB.
He had hands like a snake. Now he catches everything?

James always had some Brandon Lloyd like inconsistency and couldn't get separation in most cases to save his life, but he's always had talent when it comes to great catches.

I predicted the Seahawks would regress this year, but my God they look awful. As much as I like Pete Carrol, I would love to see them start 0 - 2 then miss the playoffs.

Quite a limb you stepped out on.
Back-to-back SB's.....came within one play of winning both of them.

Clinton Dix loves making athletic plays to make a hard interception look easy, and then promptly dropping the would-be interception.

Seahawks regressing is not that obvious a prediction, imo. Key players are back and relatively young, plus they added Graham.

If you want to get bold, try suggesting that the crippled 39 year old QB in Denver is probably nearing the end of his career.
