I don't know what is a bigger train wreck, the Pelicans organization or Zion's body.

I like how the Pelicans said he would be back/ready for the regular season, but then later admitted they didn't mean the START of the regular season.

yea, I picture David Griffen saying that with the same old man Jewish accent that Eddie Murphy used while telling the joke about the soup that has no spoon.

Yeah that looks like a bad call right now. It happens. Zion needs to back away from the table

as time goes on, it amazes me even further the shape Barkley kept himself in for so many years. TWTW all over that guy. Should have ate himself out of the NBA like Hot Plate Williamson, but he lost the weight and kept it off almost his entire career.

So that is legit? He has been skipping workouts and falling asleep?

Yikes.

Dude could be a megastar and he is going to lazy himself out of the league

Good call man.

He’s heavily tending towards bust at this point.

Major disappointment.

Some of these guys have never dealt with adversity in their lives. Zion may be one of those guys.

Barkley wasn't fat until the end.

Barkley was obese in college, slimmed down and basically fought the weight battle the entirety of his career.

He publicly credits Moses Malone for helping him drop from 300+ down to around 260. Moses called him fat and lazy and then he found himself in the regular lineup.

i think it was LTG's take first, but I'll take the credit. as long as no one digs up my Ja Morant take.

Morant reminded me of D.Rose, I figured Morant's style of play + lack of a 3 point shot would limit him in the NBA. Very wrong about that one. Morant would go #1 overall now.

Memphis doesn't have Thibs running their players into the wall every game. They limit Morant's playing time enough to avoid serious injuries. Morant had upped his 3 pt attempts and 3pt percentage before his current trip to the DL. Grizzlies playing really well with Morant sidelined, gonna be fun to see them in the playoffs once Morant gets back.

Agree with all of this. JJ JR. Has played at an All Star level since Morant got injured. I'm really interested to see what they look like with Morant back. He is one of my favorite players in the league.

Heard on some radio show today that Zion isn't really mentioned in the Pelicans season ticket renewal letter which they said started arriving at homes today.
