Draemond Green gets away with too much taunting. They don't tech him nearly enough.

I'm already seeing the "Cousins and Davis can't play together" hot takes which is kind of a shame. They play really well together and are doomed because they're surrounded by some of the worst wing talent in the league and a head coach who's not playing to their strengths at all.

I agree. When Etwaun Moore and Cunningham are your primary wing players you know you have problems. They need Rondo so Holiday can slide over to the two also.

Cousins took himself out of that game last night though. They were rolling until he picked up back to back offensive fouls. He allowed Draymond Green to get inside his head.

Gentry will be gone by midseason. Said it last year when they acquired cousins and still played like shit. Gentry sucks as HC.

The Bucks and the 76ers are the future of the eastern conference.

Maybe. Not sold on the 76ers. The Bucks are already right there now.

Barring injury there is no way Philly isn't one of the better teams in the league (NBA) in 2 years.

Joel Embid looks terrible so far. 0/10 from 3 pt range to start the year, announcers ripping him the entire game last night for not going inside.

Simmons looks really good, but I don't think him and Fultz is going to work out together. I can see a Kyrie/Lebron thing developing where Fultz starts to sour on having to play off the ball so much because they have a 6'10 forward running the point.

Embiid already demonstrated that he is a force last season. He played well against the Wizards their first game also. Fultz and Simmons will be fine also. Brown is going to have to workout his rotation. Either Bayless or Covington or both will have to come off the bench. Once that happens they will be straight.

I'd just like to see them win a game first before crowning them. That seems reasonable.

Their two losses were against 2 of the top 3 teams in the East. Nothing to be ashamed of at this point. The talent is definitely there. They have the Raptors tonight. Will be watching.

 And that's a 34 point loss for the Sixers. LTG's love for the shitty ass Sixers is one of the World's greatest mysteries.

Jazz took apart the Thunder tonight. Rubio outplayed Westbrook on both ends of the court down the stretch.

I like Blake's new three point shot. Hopefully he stays healthy this year so he can prove the haters like DB wrong.

Westbrook is struggling with trying to be a "traditional" point it seems. It's difficult for him to not always be attacking. He is trying to get guys involved. They will still be the 2 seed when its all said and done.

Rather surprising stat. Spurs now 10-1 without Leonard over the past 2 seasons.

Cavs 0-8 when LBJ sat last year and Irving started.

Cleveland blown out by a crappy Orlando team with LBJ and no Kyrie.

De'arron Fox will run away with ROTY. Easily the best player in this draft.

Haven't really seen him yet. He's splitting time with Hill. I wonder how much that will effect his numbers.

Teams with bigs that can play/score inside are going to give Cleveland trouble, as long as the Cavs run K-Love out in the 5. As long as IT makes it back by February, look for Cleveland to cash in that Brooklyn pick for a true 5 and move K-Love back to the 4.

Utah and Denver both playing good defense early on. Utah giving up around only 30 points per game in the paint, best in the league (super early)

GSW giving up almost 120 points per game. Grizzlies accounted for 2 of the 2016-2017 Warriors 15 losses. So not too surprising they frustrated the Warriors into a 2nd loss this early.

George Hill's good for, what, 40 games a season at this point. Fox will end up logging more minutes than Hill by the end of the season.

Cleveland also has an old team. They are going to struggle all season defensively. They do not have shotblockers nor do they have guys that can keep their man in front of them. Shumpert is probably their best defender on Ball but he won't play much because James wants shooters around him.

Giannis making his MVP case early. That was a great sequence last night - down 1 with 30 seconds left he misses two free throws, then forces a turnover next possession, gets a fast break dunk, and blocks the potential game winner on the other end to win it.

Greek Freak makes the court look small. A single dribble btw half-court and the game-winning dunk, and it didn't look any worse of a travel than yer average LeBron drive.
