Regardless of how much you like or dislike them, it doesn’t make a ton of sense to keep Ball and Favors on the bench the entire 4th and then bring them in cold midway through OT

Midway? Ball started in OT. The other guys may have been fatigued or whatever. Don't know and doesn't matter.

I just find it ironic that the bench Lonzo in the 4th pattern which began under Walton is continued under Gentry.
Guys considered to be integral to a team's future aren't benched in key situations as much as he happens to be.

Played bench player minutes prior to the OT. Its just one game but it definitely is something that will bear watching as the season goes on.

Clippers role players are decidedly better than the Lakers role players. Thats the difference.

Won't know what they truly are til George comes back but they look impressive.

They also are being coached by one of the top 2-3 coaches in the league.
