As someone who lives in New England, I can confidently state that few things in life are more hilarious than seeing the hopes and dreams of the most loutish, narcissistic and overrated fanbase in America get crushed by a well coached but largely pedestrian team. of course. the lakers are just too young. theyre good, for sure, but lebron cant do everything himself anymore, and anthony davis just cant fucking find his nuts half the time. the young guys on the team are playing their best, and it's great, but they make too many mistakes to be a finals team.

the celtics are so fucking done. they quit at halftime in game 3 of the semi finals. as a 1 seed. who the fuck does that? nevermind the odds.. even if every 0-3 team in history actually went on to win the series, these guys wouldnt. they absolutely quit. i fully expect another blowout on tuesday.

after Pat Riley? Heat culture emanates down from the top. Recall Lebron et al wanted Spoelstra replaced and the story is Riley came down to the locker room, lined up the team and told them Spo's your coach and if you don't like it we can trade your ass.

The problems in Boston happened under Stevens year after year, happened under Udoka during the Warriors series and now this season--it's partially the players failing but maybe staffing your front office with a bunch of cucks isn't the best way to build a championship franchise.

so much this. that guy is a fucking pro. you don't always need a great coach, but in this case he is a gigantic reason why the heat are where they are. with as many 'undrafted' players they have, this is obvious. plus if you watch the games, the heat never fuck up. theyre always doing exactly what they need to be doing. xo's, to's, subs, all of it. spoelstra has the reigns with a death grip and laser vision.
