Rasheed Wallace was done by that time. You have to consider the rest of the league, this was a window after Jordan's Bulls and before Lebron's emergence where a team of 5 decent guys(but no stars)could win a championship.

He's played well defensively but he's been a complete liability on offense and he's hurt his team badly with his inability to make shots. 3 for 14 in the first half following a 4 for 14 performance on Tuesday does not come close to getting it done. Both he and Middleton must make shots or the Bucks have no chance whatsoever.
