JOrr seems to think that because drivers speed, cyclists should be able to do whatever they want as well. That seems like a recipe for disaster for those not traveling in 3000lb death spirals.

People who ride their bikes on a sidewalk are 1000% more obnoxious than a cyclist in the roadway. If you were meant to ride your bike on it, it would be called a sidebike!
